Apply for a state family pass
With the State Family Pass, families can visit state palaces, gardens and museums in Baden-Württemberg free of charge or at a reduced admission price. You can take advantage of this offer a total of 20 times a year.
Free of charge are, for example
- Heidelberg Palace
- Stuttgart State Gallery
- Constance State Archaeological Museum
- Technoseum in Mannheim
- Centre for Art and Media Technology in Karlsruhe (ZKM)
Prerequisite
The following groups of people with permanent residence in Baden-Württemberg can use the family pass:
- Families with at least three children who are entitled to child benefit and who live with their parents in the same household
- Single parents living with at least one child entitled to child benefit in the same household
- Families with a severely disabled child (degree of disability of at least 50) for whom there is an entitlement to child benefit and who live with this child in the same household,
- Families who are entitled to child supplement, housing benefit or citizen's allowance and who live with one or two children in the same household who are entitled to child benefit
- Families who receive benefits under the Asylum Seekers' Benefits Act and live with at least one child in the same household
Note: The primary residence is decisive. The state family pass is not dependent on income dependent on income.

Procedure
You can apply for the regional family pass in person at your local authority. When the pass is issued, you will also receive the voucher card for the current calendar year.
